Cancellation policy

Please review the following cancellation terms:

12-Month Commitment

All memberships requiring a 12-month commitment must be completed.

30-Day Written Notice Required

If you wish to cancel your membership after completing your 12-month agreement, a minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required. Your membership will remain active, and billing will continue during this 30-day notice period.

Early Cancellation Due to Relocation

We understand that life circumstances can change. Early cancellation may be granted if all of the following conditions are met:

You have completed at least 6 months of your agreement, and

You are relocating your primary residence to a location more than 55 miles from Moreau Fitness, and you provide 30 days’ written notice, along with reasonable proof of relocation (such as a lease agreement, utility bill, or change-of-address confirmation).

If these conditions are met, your membership will be eligible for early cancellation without further obligation beyond the 30-day notice period.
