Spinning is a low-impact, high energy cardio workout with high calorie burn! Get ready to pedal away the calories while singing along and having a great time! You control how hard you work so even a novice can be successful with indoor cycling. No experience is necessary, but water is highly recommended.


Zumba is a fitness class that combines Latin dance moves with cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. It is an interval workout that moves between high- and low-intensity levels to burn calories and boost endurance.


A dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. Vinyasa is cleansing, heat building and suitable for the physically active. Our Vinyasa teachers are trained in alignment and therapeutics and give verbal alignment cues and/or gentle hands-on assists.

Silver Sneakers

Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart healthy, and gentle on the joints. This workout includes easy to follow low-impact movement and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching, and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle! Must be able to stand for 45 minutes.

Aqua Sculpt & Blast

An invigorating and challenging workout in shallow water targeting your major muscle groups. In these water classes, you can expect to utilize aqua dumbbells, noodles, kickboards and the water’s resistance to train your musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system. A great low-impact way to burn some calories, tone your muscles, build strong bones, and get your blood pumping! Let’s build those beach bodies!

Power Hour

Power Hour is a full body, 60-minute workout session that utilizes bodyweight/ weight resistance by using a combination of dumbbells & bodyweight.

Low Impact Cardio Dance

Low Impact Cardio Dance is a fun, choreographed dance class with a repeated sequence of steps that is designed to strengthen the bones of your lower body, improve strength through your lower limbs, increase balance and coordination and increase flexibility! Get in the groove to help improve mental fitness as well! Low Impact Cardio Dance is a great way to get your blood pumping & dance your worries away! Bring water.
